In the third quarter of 2025, the top horse games on Android in South Africa exhibited varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a closer look at how these apps fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Horse Riding Tales - Wild Pony showed a fluctuating revenue trend, peaking at about $197 in late August. Downloads started at 720 in early July, dipped to 400 in early September, and then rose to 499 by the end of the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 2.3K and ending slightly below 2K.

Rival Stars Horse Racing experienced a decline in weekly revenue, beginning at $543 and dropping to $271 by the end of September. Downloads saw a peak of 863 mid-July but generally hovered around the 400-500 mark later in the quarter. The app maintained a steady active user base, closing the quarter with 856 users.
